Looking for a Case-O-Matic.

I have it in my head to buy another C-O-M tractor. I started out looking for a 411B like I had around 30 years ago, but have now decided a 530 with C-O-M or 611B would be fine too.. I've been searching Craigslist for several months, but only found one 611B that didn't have power steering. Power steering is a must since I want to put the 291 loader from my 530 on it. There is a 530 C-O-M on Craigslist but it's a trailer queen with a matching price tag. Any other options out there I could use my loader on other than what I listed. Or does anyone have a 530 or 611B they have been thinking about selling. I'm located in the SW corner of Wisconsin.

hi,i know this doesn't help much, but in my area(south central pa)i know of a 530ck loader/backhoe for 800 dollars and not in bad shape for a ck,point is that you just need to do some snooping down country roads, and around here there are a ton of old case tractors, rock

Can you get me a phone number for the loader and backhoe? For $800 I will drag a trailer back there this spring when we go on vacation.

Thanks Joe. I see it list the 630 but not the 611B. I wonder why the 611B was excluded?

I think that list just excludes the COM tractors although some of them can be either dry clutch or COM.

A torque converter is a great device in the powertrain for loader applications. It has great crowd-the-pile torque multiplication. It is great for shuttle work in general. It is durable. It is smooth. Its shortcomings are insignificant for shuttling and crowing the pile.

Therefore, keep looking for a COM for a loader tractor-----and most PTO work.

I agree completely. That's the one thing I miss about the 411B I used to own. The other thing my 411B had was a foot throttle on the left side under the inching peddle. It really worked well with the C.O.M. I'll probably have to fabricate one for the next C.O.M tractor I buy since I don't think the left side foot throttle was very common.

know of 530 case not sure if it is a com or not. This tractor sits about 30 miles
from you in southwest Wi It is sitting in shed for last 4 or 5 years. Give me a email
with your phone number and i can give you more details.
