to-30 valve guide installation

doing a valve job since I have several that aren't sealing. there is a good bit of play in the guides also. I'm planning on replacing the guides. the service manual shows 2 different spacers to get the intake and exhaust valves at the correct depth. all the guides in mine are the same depth so I can't simply measure the ones I have and get them at the correct depth. I want to make a set of spacers. Can someone tell me the correct depths (spacer size) for the intake and exhaust valve guides on a to-30?

thanks

Yes, doing it all myself. I'm not just replacing the guides.
