No it does not, wish it did. If you look very closely you can see the chrome stack that is hidden by the air stack. I do have an exhaust to make an underslung exhaust but do not know for sure what it fits.

We have a John Deere 60 with a Deere under slung exhaust, the only one of our deere's that does, & I wish it didn't ,, LOL It's too loud & everytime you hook anything up it's barking in your face.

I have narrow, vineyard tractors for use in our grapes- my 2355N has an underslung exhaust, drops down and turns out the left side between the step and the rear tire- works great! I bought a 5400MFWD with loader, and hit the upright stack while cleaning manure out of the barn, so I thought an undermount exhaust would be good on it. I installed the JD kit, and it exits out the rear. Not at all a fan of this- blows smoke in your face whenever hooking or unhooking implements. I'm figuring it will get cut and bent this winter during service time.

I've also got a 5500N with upright exhaust, but it is a cab tractor. I didn't think it would be an issue, but I've bent it around twice now, once on a low door, and another on a low branch. That may need to get changed, too.

Both of our two-cylinders have side exhausts- an MI and a 40 that originally came with an old JD trip bucket loader.
