Is there fuel at the bleeders on the injectors? With it running on gas, open the throttle just a bit and crack the bleeders open on the injectors- should be fuel there. If not, it's quite possible after sitting for a few years that the plunger in the pump's stuck. The guage I think only shows the pressure from the transfer pump. If the plunger's stuck, there should be guys on here that can explain in detail how to free it up. Good luck!
