I have a Farmall A with a spring seat. The spring seat has a large coil spring that mounts under the seat and a curved tube that runs from under the seat to the front of the floor pan and creates a "T" at the floor pan where a long bolt runs through the tube with rubber bushings. There is also a shock that runs from the down tube to another seat support. The seat was on the tractor when I purchase the tractor. I do not believe that the A was ever manufactured with a spring seat, I thought they all had the leaf spring seats. That is why I believe this is an aftermarket seat put on this tractor. I need to replace the rubber bushings at the base of the seat. The shock on the spring seat is a Monroe shock. Does anyone know of this type of seat and where I can find replacement parts? I have pictures, but can't find a way to post them on this site. I can e-mail pictures to you if you can help. thanks.
