806 has me discouraged

I have poor hyraulic flow for 3-pt and loader as in they operate very slow. I pulled the mounting plate for the top link (3-pt), not knowing really what to expect, or what should or shoudn't be is more like it. Let me tell you, there was oil just gushing in there. When I operated the rockshaft all down or up, it seemed to spray more, same with loader. There was some oil coming out in a stream (upper front left) possibly return oil passage? Most of the oil gushing seem to come from under the seat where the lines come out but couldn't see exactly. Any help on where I should go from here would be greatly appreciated.
