Well we have them made , use to be a guy around here that did them for us but he closed his doors shorty after i close my doors . So if ya have a local machine shop and can get a slug of SEMA or what ever they call it certified steel then it ain't that big of a deal to make one . Now as for the rest of ya all I H flywheels are a CAST IRON and realy not suited for much over stock RPM's because they have hairline cracks from age and heat and they can come unglued like one big HAND GERNADE.
