You will need to install the M axles and axle housings to the w6 transmission housing, also brake and clutch pedals and associated parts. Reason you can't install the just the W6 4&5 sliding gear and main shaft in a M is because of different gear ratios. Gears they mesh with have to be changed also. If you switch a M or W6 ring and pinion into the other tractor transmission use the rear bearing retainer for the main shaft that goes with the R&P set. Bearing retainers are different although at first glance they look the same.
