I know what ya'll are going to say and I know what all the IH information is about white H's & M's but here goes. I bought a 1942 M 2 years ago with the intent of doing a rework/repaint. Just have gotten around to the project. Took all the sheet metal off and am in the process of striping and low and behold there is white primer or white paint as the first or second coat. I'm not looking for a collecters items or some way to make money, I like the tractor RED and will paint it RED on the reapint but would like some explantion about the white if possible. Thanks, Michael
