I'm about to get into my winter project... a 4200 gasser with an engine knock and a pretty good power steering leak. I believe the steering is hydrostatic, and fluid leaks generously from the top of the steering motor that is in the steering column. Is this a simple seal replacement? The steering works well with fluid full. Any help on procedures and pitfalls would be appreciated. I have the big Ford service manual for the unit.
