A property developer built a big posh housing estate beside my mate's pig farm, then filled it with urbanites...once the wind changed direction they started to moan...but he told them the pigs were there first...after a couple of years the pressure was put on big time and he had to sell up, but he got the last laugh. He sold to the same property developer for £1.2million (only 2 acres including the pig houses for about 200 sows!) ....They had the first house nearly built when the property bubble burst....Still sitting that way and the developer is looking for a job to try to keep his own house!
