Well I have seen snow in May before but not this much this far south. The fellow I delivered the feed to told me he has zero field work done and no manure hauled. He says his ground is way too wet and that was before this last rain/snow mess. He had a good eight inches where he was at.
The main roads where just wet as the snow was melting as it fell. The secondary roads where snow covered and as they got to the less traveled ones the snow was sticking worse. This snow was real wet and slushy. You run over it and it turned to ice/water mix. Real slick to drive on. I made it in his road fine loaded but he had to pull me out the road empty. Truck would just set there and spin.
