I am completely clueless about tractors but I have 26 acres of relatively flat "pasture" land that needs to be much better maintained. I bought the farm three years ago and it has not been cut since. I would very much like to get a tractor, nothing fancy, to do just basic bush hogging a couple of times a year. I saw a Ford 601 Workmaster recently. It appears to my uneducated eyes to be well-maintained. Although it is old (1958 or 1959) it looks to be pretty decent. The people who have owned it for decades used it to bush hog their property and claim to have "never had a problem with it". They recently purchased a larger tractor with a front loader and are selling this one. Any information or thoughts on this small old tractor for my purposes? Thanks in advance and for tolerating my ignorance! Lynne
