My friends grandfather owns a farm and I have worked on it since I was 10. I am now 21! Ever since the first day I spotted a old AC WD on the farm I have wanted it. He put it in retirement a few years ago and it has sat in the barn since then. Right before he parked it he had the motor rebuilt and he put a WD45 kit in it. He stored it properly with all the gas drained, oil and antifreeze left in it. Periodically he would turn the engine by hand, but not start it. I went over there today to get the AC 190XT diesel and out of the blue he asked me if I wanted to but it. I said sure, he wants a $1000.00 dollars for it. Even though it has not been started, it has good tires, good metal, decent paint, new manifold do you think it will be worth a $1000.00 for it. Also the clutch slips a little, but that is no big deal to replace. Please post your opinions I am very confident it will start and run. He said if I can't get it started or if it burns oil or anything he will give me my money back. Hey a warranty on a antique tractor. Thanks! Bill {Antique Acres}
