I seen the Farmall H LP gas that is under the photo ads, and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of these tractors before on LP. If anyone has info on the horsepower of one of these, compression ratio, rpm's, and if they have good lugging power or not would be greatly appreciated! Also, could you convert them over to an LP by using a 300 or 350 kit to make it look good? Thanks!

What do you have to do to fill them with fuel? I haven't figured that out yet. Thanks!

Farmall Daddy, You fill them just like they do at your LP supplier but no pump is needed! From your big tank @ home /farm connect a liquid hose to the liquid fill on the tank. Open the bleeder, the liquid will go from an area of high pressure to an area of low pressure. When full liquid will come out the bleeder close it off, shut of the valves on the hose take the filler hose off the tractor. Go on about your biziness.
Or easier yet look around the area, find a farmer that has a LP tractor and ask him to show you how it is done.
It really isn't that big a deal. Good Luck,
John A.

Propane makes a little less horsepower but if you increase compression it pretty well compensates. I have an lp set-up for an H. The tank has a hole through it for the steering shaft.

We had a 400 LP in New Mexico. Engine ran great with the high altitude pistons.
