can anyone tell me the size of the nut that holds the bottom pulley to the crank i know the wrench size what i mean is the actual thread pitch and diameter i think i want to add a ujoint on the end of the crank and run a pto shaft out the hand crank hole for live hydraulics my measuring devices are might slim but i get 1 1/16 -18 thread kinda odd i thought thanks again

put a pump on the live pto in the back.

I really dont think even the smallest of u-joints will fit. do you plan on assembling the u-joint in the hole or take the front end off and on..

well im still playing it by ear as of now but there is room under there ive done held a truck pto coupling up there it will work i just have to get an adaptor to thread on the crank . i did not get to really look at it because the ground was soaking wet but there was an cane loader mounted on an h at the red power round-up with the pto pump out front

jossette i dont really understand that statement but anyway i aint got any money or i would BUY a tractor with live hydro instead if rigging up one some people use belts out the side and i have seen one swung under the bottom i just want to go out the front oh by the way all parts the pump the ujoint coupling the shaft all came off old equipment on our little farm good evening to ya!

I didn't want to sound all uppity. I have seen what you want to do but it will take a lot of time to get everything just right and 0 degree tolerances so there is no problems down the road. I, like you, made my own fenders with the help of a neighbors metal break. Total cost of $ 40 a pair....
