Well I guess no body wants to mess with a 706. So Iam going to start thur all the boxes and bags and parts piles and "TRY" put the 706 back togather myself. When we went to the repair shop and loaded it. I should have took it to the scrap yard and for got about the $7000.00 investment.I learned a real lesson don't deal with men in divorce court. They lose and there wives win and every body that has equipment in thier shop loses. The only person I know who smiled was her LAWYER!

Short bolt, don't know about your state, here they have to honor any and all deal in business. Been through two of them divources, if you get the right attorney, makes no difference man or woman, you can come out on top. Now it is your turn to take which ever person won the business to court!! Even small claims court, any thing you can get is better than nothing....Good Luck!!

Yeahbut Keith,

He'd be all growed up and haired over before they ever got it done.

He probably is in a hurry to get his tractor back together and just be done with the whole darned deal. :>)

How many more days 'til spring, anyway?

Allan
