Torque amplifier repair?

Tired 300 in Mn

I have my 300 apart to repair some oil leaks, & rebuild the front bolster. The torque amplifier is dead, & I'm trying to decide whether or not to repair it. I'm told that the rollers eventually wear flat, & will no longer hold when TA is used. The local IHC dealer sells a ramp with new rollers, & a planet carrier in which you install your planetary gears into. Is it possible and practical to replace springs, pins, & rollers in my ramp assembly & save some money? If my terminology is off, I apologize. Also, if I sound cheap, I probably am, but this is a loader tractor, and probably will not ever pull a plow or a hay baler. Thanks in advance for any help, I don't post often, but I enjoy this forum.

When I replaced the ramp and roller setup on my SMTA the rollers looked fine, they had pushed into the ramp setup and crushed the bottoms of the track so the pins and springs wouldn't work. I doubt the rollers wear that much as they are the hardest metal. I used the old carrier setup and just changed the ramp and rollers. Depends upon what all is bad. You'll need to look at the T/A clutch also.

I went through 3 torque's week before last SMTA , 400 & SMTA D the most I had in one was 165.00. You can get the rubber plugs , springs, and pins from a IH dealer. The rollers aren't available. Tractor Vet said you can get them from Timken I got lucky & found some NOS. When you order the gasket & seal kit ( Hy Capacity) you have to order two other gaskets I can get the part number if you need it ( both the same)
2 of them had the nut that holds the TA flywheel backed off the locking tab had broken. I went ahead & went through the ramp & rollers anyway while I was in there
