Hello,I just purchased this tractor. Tractor runs fine. I believe the problem might be in the linkage that controls the HI/LO lever. Once in a while i can get Hi range and the tractor will move in all gears. If i move the Hi/Lo lever again i'll loose it and its almost impossible to get it to move again. Is there a problem inside the trans? I would like any imput on this problem before i start tearing things apart that i don't have to. Thanks

Creeper on my 184 is a PITA sometimes to shift from one range to the other, will occasionally hang in "neutral".

I usually just gently bump the clutch a bit when shifting from Hi to Lo and vice versa, if it gets balky. Seems to shift like it oughta if you pull/push the shifter like ya really mean it too.
