I paid $7300 for mine here in southern Michigan with a 2250 Mount-o-matic loader two years ago at a farm sale. It had been left out to weather so the paint was faded and the rear fenders had a lot of rust but it was a low hour unit in good mechanical shape. I have since had to replace one of the rear wheel rims which was hard to find (P/N 3123 601 R1 with eight rectangular "hat" section attaching brackets). Finally found a used one in Wisconsin.

Hi, my brother just bought a 3230 with 1400 Hrs and no loader for $9,000 CND. The 3230 is same tractor but with a 50 HP engine and two generations newer.

So 784 with 3442 Hrs, good loader and tires for $6,500 would be a fair price.

Don't sound too bad. A co worker of mine just sold a 560 gas, wide front, not so good tires for over 4. It had an old IH loader on it. The kind that bolts clear back on the rear axles with only 1 cylinder on the bucket. I would assume this 784 has a much nicer loader on it. Plus its a diesel. If you are serious about using it, the diesel is the way to go.
