It is not a # 15 they have 4 bolt hubs and wheels; and, did not come with a trip lift. Lools like a # 8 to me.

Sugarfoot: I have an IH photo of a No.15 plow with trip lift. The plow in photo is on steel. Another item I notice in IH literature, is there were two separate production runs of model 15 plows. First was in the 40s then it was dropped for awhile and reintroduced in 1957-58. There are differences in the two plows, but the info I have doesn't say what those differences were.

Jon: It's definitely Little Genius but it may be a 14 or 15. Looks like too much clearence for a No.8, plus I've never seen a No.8 with Plow Chief bottoms.

I agree it's a Little Genius.

Plow Chief and Super Chief bottoms will bolt right on to a Little Genius. I put a Super Chief bottom on my Little Genius because I wanted to use it and didn't want to take the chance of breaking a cast share or moldboard. Bolt holes lined right up, works like a charm.

Dave: I agree, no problem installing the plow chief frogs, it's just not the common to see one so equiped. In fact this is the first one I've seen. I would think if those were changed, even as early as 1965, the farmer would have gone with super chief rather than plow chief.
