Nawlens: When you say all the transmission fluid leaked out, alarm bells go up in my mind. There are only 3 places that would allow it all to drain out, those being drain plug, around pto or a cracked transmission case. Are you sure it'e empty? I also side with Patricks thoughts, why are you using Hytran, it should have 90W gear oil or heavier. Secondly, if these tractors are being over filled with transmission oil, the excess will leak out. I'd try filling it to proper level with gear oil, maybe even a 1/2 quart over, and see what happens. It's a lot of work to change those seals and bearings. If you don't have excessive noise and if axles are tight when you jack tractor, I would start with the oil change. I'm guessing I've been called in on 25 different tractors over the years, every case the transmission was over full. Both my Super A and 140 were leaking and over full when I bought them. I changed oil and filled to 1/2 quart over full with gear oil, they don't leak anymore. It's been 4 years on 140, SA, so long I can't remember, but I've never changed a seal or bearing yet.
