I am going to try and document the stuff I do when I work on these H's of mine. Sometimes hard to do in the heat of the moment when you are tearing into things third party image

I put up a web page detailing the removal of the Belly Pump. Would appreciate any feedback on anything to add or correct.

Thanks

Randy

I took one out of an H a couple weeks ago, and you are spot on for removing it. My son and I did it, so we took all loose, then took out, not as bad a job as I suspected it would be. now getting the drive shaft out of the tractor was the fun part of the whole thing, but at least with the pump out you have lots of room to work on it.

Good job. I hope one day to have a paved floor in my shop, too.
You're right about its being hard to stop and take pictures. I've many times done things that I wish I had gotten photos. Put down the tools, clean hands, pick up camera, take picture, put camera back in safe place.... Adds a lot of time to a job. One thing I've found that will help in future is a willingness to take off and throw away nitrile gloves. I'm guessing a pair of those costs less than having a picture developed and the digital camera saves that much. It's already paid for itself, sorta. Good luck, Wm
