hitch lowers cultivator fine, then after about 2 hours work, hitch is forever lowering the cultivator. Let the tractor set 10 hours hitch works, then goes back to the slow lower problem-sounds like oil cooler problem-not the problem. what is that valve below the back window and on top of fuel tank area for-has 2 screws that turn-this is not even shown in my manuals this valve-any ideas does this toy have anything to do with 3 pt adjustments
