I've a petrol/kero mix T20. Is this the correct order

HT Lead 1, 10 o'clock to plug 1 left hand side
HT lead 2, 2 0'clock to plug 3
HT lead 3, 4 o'clock to plug 2
Ht lead 4, 8 o'clock to plug 4

Any help gratefully received

No you got it wrong way around, the distributor turns the opposite way to what you think...it turns anti/counter clockwise. the 10 o' clock position is number one and the comes 3 at 8 o' clock 4 at 4 o' clock and finally 2 at 2 o'clock
firing order is thus 1 / 3 / 4 /2
There is no such thing as a T20 there is a TE20 or a TO20, to call it a T20 causes confusion and you may get wrong information because of this. In your case you have a TED "D" denotes it is a TVO engine
