third party image

I have never posted a picture before, hope this works.

I got this picture out of the "Tractor Photos" gallery.

I was wondering if anyone had an idea what size wheels and tires are on the front of this tractor.

I need to replace mine and like the way these look.

Something to keep in mind, the bigger you go the harder it is for steering. PS or manual. RH

I've got a 3000 and mine has 6.00-15 but if you wanted a little bigger you could put 6.50-15 which I believe is what's in the picture.

Thanks for all of the replies.

I realize that it will be tough on the power steering, and I have a Ford F.E.L., but I am having a lot of trouble sinking in the mud with my skinny tires.

Would you suppose those are on 4.5" wide rims or 5.5"?

Thanks a lot Phil, I really appreciate it.

I would guess those are 5.5" rims then.

Are the tires any where near rubbing the spindle?

Do they have some sort of spacer to keep them from hitting?

Thanks again for the info.

Collin,

It was easy to post this pic. The file was already on a server on the internet.

That is the key.

I haven't uploaded any of my own photo's to this site, so I am not 100% sure how to do that.

But once you have a good URL, you just copy and paste that into the Optional Image URL that you see when you go to maek a post.

I hope this helps, if you have any more questions feel free to e-mail me.
