Neighbor was using my WheelHorse to mow, it slowed down, then it would not move, but engine was running. Hauled it back to the house, now engine will not start, just clicks. Replaced battery same problem. It had an old Wheel Horse oil filter on it no tell how old that was. Have a new filter to install, but not sure what time of oil for the auto transmission. Any body have any ideas. Ray

Ray , I need some more information on the problems .
1)Have you checked the axle hubs and drive pulley woodruf keys for being broken ?
2)Is the belt slipping ? 3)Any fliud leaks from the transmission ? 4)Does the transmission fliud smell burnt ?
5)Is there any loose connections on the starter , battery or solenoid ?
6)Have you tired jumping 12 volts right to the starter ?

Look under the steering wheel on the flat cover plate for the ID plate. I can tell you what to use then. Also, smart to try the place Rick mentioned for expert troubleshootong...
