Could anyone tell me if the 1994 signature 2000 elite (TMO 3398005) is basically a "MTD 800 series" with silver paint and wards stickers ? Ive searched everywhere on the net for 1 clear/big picture of a mtd 800 series and cant find 1 - not 1 picture. Im trying to find this info out so i can get a snowthrower for it and i want to be 100% sure b4 i spend all this money that its going to fit. Thanks for ANY help

I don't think they made one for these Models, Just Snow Blades. You know you can go to Sears.com Punch in your Model number without the (TMO)and you can find all the Parts on your Tractor. I have a 94 also, But with a 42" deck.

Have you contacted MTD directly? They are very helpful when it comes to this kind of thing. They have a customer service contact section on their website. Nice folks too.

I have dealt with them once on this same issue with the snowthrower and came away with the feeling that even though they made it they didnt want to deal with it since we bought it new in 94 from M/W. I have to go pick up my parts i ordered to rebuild the badly designed front end on that thing so i will see if the dealer will just run me off a list of MTD snowblower model #s that will work and go from there that way i can be sure.
