Hi To All,

I Got the fluid back into my hydro trans by using a piece of 3/4 inch thin wall conduit and a transmission funnel into that. It runs OK with a small winey growl on inclines. On the flat it move OK. I will have to run it until it gets good and warmed up to see if the problem re-occurs.

Thanks again to all that helped me.

Dick

Dick u must bleed that system before it will work properly. After u remove the fenderdeck, set the fuel tank to the side, u will see a plug on top of the hydrostat motor, just in front of the fill tube.Take this plug out to allow the air to escape. The air should escape very quickly then nothing but oil.Be sure to use 30W engine oil in that unit.
