Does anyone out there repair old 2 wheel tractors for fun or profit? I have 2 that are in need of someone with time to care for them.I am in Va. Tractors do not run and need lots of work.

Why couldn't you take your tractors to a reputable independent small engine repair shop to get them running? If the problems go much beyond that you may be in a search for parts. I have two 2 wheel tractors (Simplicitys)that I enjoy. It seems like there could be a market for new ones again, they are so maneuverable and a lot of fun to use! My thoughts, sawtooth

Couple yrs back someone posted a "slideshow"type link on one of the forums, showing the many and varied uses of 2 wheel tractors, mostly in Asia.Working the soil, cultivating, running village pumps&generators, towing goods to market, hauling passenger trailers etc.Still mfd and selling well in many parts of the world where comfort and style don't outrank the ability of the tool :)
Maybe they need a cup holder :)
