Have a similar situation. Got two binders out of fence rows, machinery in decent shape, some sheet metal problems, wood mostly rotted. Anyone with measured drawings for the wood parts?

I need a right hand wheel if you should know of one or have decided not to restore yours. Thanks.

I intend to restore just one, but I have only one good right wheel. The bad one is bent- I think from being pushed into the fence row by a bucket loader or something. If you've got the gumption and some equipment, you might be able to straighten it. I guess it depends how bad you need one. If you're interested, I can mail you a picture and its yours for the taking. You can e-mail me if you want

A service manual is available from Yesterday's tractors. At the top of this page, click on manuals. When you get to that page, pick International/Farmall from the company and enter corn binder in the search field. CH Wendell's book "150 Years of International Harvester" has a section showing b&w photographs of several IHC corn binders from different angles.
There is also a implement restoration guide out there, can't remember the exact title now, but I think someone knew I wanted it and is giving it to me for Christmas (there was a package from the ASAE book sales dept. on the back porch yesterday. . . . :)
