i hope someone can help me? i just purchased a
model ih 370 and i noticed the rear disc have exstentions was wondering where i might buy another set for the front.do they still make these exstentions? thanks in advance...max

We call those extensions furrow fillers. As was mentioned before they are to fill in the area cut by the last full size blade. In wet conditions these can be a pain. they do a good job wheb its dry. If you have a problem with the disk leaving a ridge check your fore and aft adjustment to assure it is cutting same depth front and back or a little higher in the back, check ground speed try a little slower, If neccessary replace the outside blade on the front gangs with a 2" smaller blade

are you talkig about a pice that holds 1 blade to the end of each gang on the rear? if so these are used to hold a smaller blade to aid in leaving he soil level on the final pass.No big deal not realy imporntant just there to help he inexperienced take out fence when turning. mounting them on the front would be counter productive
