Had a wheel wobble in left front so replaced bearings and thought I was good to go. Seemed OK for a while. Slight wobble came back. Removed cover to inspect. Tigtened nut- nut slipped back. Threads were broken off of spindle. Can I still get a new spindle? Can the old one be fixed? Drilled out and studded? Is there some kind of undersized nut or a helicoil kind of thing to get me by for a while?

Hi Bruce They make a nut that has a nut made on it to squeeze down and lockit in place it will cut enough new thread so when it is locked down it will stay put I have used them several times on spindels that had the threas striped out before I got them from a bolt compmany in Oklahoma City I don't know if you might find them at a auto parts store or not.

Thanks- When you told me what I was looking for I found them on this website for sale. The 3/4-16 thread units for a John Deere part no is LN10-2 I think it should work on the MF202 front spindle.
Thanks for the advice.
