I have a 1954 GTBD In really straight shape, it was stuck but turned over fairly easy. It runs good but acts like it may have a sticking valve or a damaged cylinder from when it was stuck. I will take $4000.00 For it. My phone # is 270 725 6559 In Western Kentucky

If I remember correctly there were only 600 of the GTBDs made. You could be well rewarded for your effort if you can get it up and running. I found one a couple of years ago that had been sitting outside more than 20 years, only had one wheel left on it. Exhaust had been covered. I put some wheels on it, took it home, drained the fuel, put on new filters and battery and started it up. Had one sticky valve, could hardly believe my ears, a man needs to be lucky once in his life. Was I smart enough to paint her up and put her on a shelf??? Nope not me, took the cash, spent it foolishly like any redneck farmboy.
