8N will not start. Turns over good, plenty of gas. No fire at plugs. Placed a see-thru spark unit in each plug wire-no fire. Placed see-thru in coil wire, I see blinking spark. Should I see solid fire or blinking spark? What should I do next? New Coil?

If it's a side-mount, check the insulator on the primary post that goes in the side of the distributor.

Bishop..... ..... gonna guess that you have a sidemound ignition 8N because you imply that you see a sparkie in the coil to center distributor wire.

Check your distributor rotor and inside cap. Its not conducting to your plug wires. Which is why you do not see sparkies on your plugs.

And you should only see intermittant sparkies. Thats the way ignition systems work. One sparkie at a time..... ..... .Dell
