When I am not enjoying the heck outta my 8N, I am restoring a 1960 VW bug sunroof. I know this is a long shot, but if anyone can help me it's you guys!!! Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a Judson Supercharger? Or know of someplace that restores them? Any help would be very appreciated!!!---Rob

Try to contact Dale Wilch. He's an old NHRA dragster racer. He had an outfit called RPM (Race Parts Merchandizer) in Kansas City. He might have a website. He specializes in goodies like the Judson, Paxtons, Mooneyhams, etc. and dang near anything race/performance related.

Working on a '70 myself. TheSamba.com is about the best internet site I've seen for classified parts. Good luck!

Cool! I'm restoring a '62 sunroof. Will probably finish about the same time I get around to restoring the '50 8N (it's a working tractor!).

Good luck with your Bug!

There is a rebuildable one on ebay right now, but its for a 40 hp engine and if yours is original I think its a 36hp. If you are not familiar with thesamba.com you might keep an eye out there. Right now there is a restored one for a 36 hp. Its the best aircooled VW classified site that I have found. Willy-N is right that they are very pricey.

Good Luck

Matt

Big bucks if you can find one. Here is a site related to them and a link that might help you find one. Mark H.
