About a week ago I found this sight and I could not believe that someone made a position control for the 2-n. On Monday I got a money order and sent it to zane. I will probably get my "Thang" any day now. Without this site, I might not have found out about it. I have spent over 5 hours reading every post I could find on it. Boy was that a lot of reading. Thank you everyone. (Change gears) About 1971 someone knocks at the door. I find out he has run off into a deep ditch down the road and wants to know if I can pull him out. I said "yes, let me get my coat". When he saw the little 2-n with the blade on the back he said " Forget this, I'm in a deep ditch with my car and that thing will never pull me out". He complained all the way down the road to his car about how we were just wasting time with the little ford. When I got it hooked, chain over the top of the blade, I told him to put it in neutral and just let me pull it out. He had been drinking and really put the pedal to the medal, Not in neutral like I wanted him to. As the front end of the ford came up , everything started to move and because of his spinning wheels he crashed into the back of my blade, breaking out his tail light. It did not do any damage to the rear blade on the tractor. He couldn't believe that it pulled his car out. I knew the rear blade would give me a lot more traction and would also keep it from turning over backward as the front wheels came up. I know many of you have your own stories about the " Little Engine That Could" Thanks again.

Dang right! I got the chains on the 2N right now . We cut a tree down on the fence yesterday ,about a 14 inch base,a pretty good size tree.I chained it up to the hay spike on the little 2N and everybody laughed at me,even my wife. She said do you want me to go get my van(dodge caravan) and pull it for you. Ha I drug that tree about 75 feet,no body could believe it pulled it. Dont underestimate that little engine that could.
