Newbie question for the day

I took my rear axle stabilizer brackets off to clean and paint, and now I am putting them back on. I have the original brackets that have the stabilizer bar pin offset from the center of the bracket. I "thought" I had pulled them off with this offset hump towards the back. Now that they are on, I bought two new stabilizer bars from TSC and the holes do not line up - like the bars are too long. They might be the right length if I turn my stabilizer brackets around where the offset hump is towards the front of the tractor. My tractor is about an hour and a half away and I am going there this weekend. Did I get the wrong sized stabilizer bars, or do I just need to swap sides on the stabilizer brackets?

TIA,
Dan

I think those stabilizer pins under the axle are supposed to exactly line up with the forward lift arm pins. If not, then they will bind the lift arms when raising.

The old DeGroot curse strikes again - if there is a 50% chance of putting it on wrong - I will ALWAYS do it wrong the first time! :)

Thanks,
Dan

Though I have used and mixed both oem and replacement bars and arms.. there has been some discussion to the new arms being different size than the old arms Hard to say what ya got without being there.. but a few measurements should clear it up.
