We finally got enough snow for me to plow with my 8N!! I did our 1/4 mile lane and 4 neighbors" driveways before I had to come back to work tonight. I had thought about using my 4 wheeler, but the tractor made such easy work of 8 inches of snow in the Valley. Supposed to get 5 more tonight...can"t wait til morning :)

Well, at least keep it off the RIC runways! Planning to fly into RIC on the 3rd! Would be nice to see some real snow, not the 40 degrees and drizzle that seems to happen all to often these days! ;-) I really miss my 8N!! Currently 80+ degrees here in the PI, and it"s only 10:45 AM! Gonne be a real shock, getting off the Big Bird! Haven"t had a proper footgear for several weeks, just Flip-Flops, and sandals! Think I can still find my jogging-suit jacket, hehehe! I really envy you folks that get to play in the snow! Maybe there will be a token amount to push about when I get back to the farm! (This presupposes that the tractor is still there, hehehe)

Hey Cargocult, just wondering what part of the Phillipenes (I know I butchered the spelling) are you in? My Dad was stationed at Clark during the mid 60's. The pictures he had were beautiful. Is it pretty over there? is it cheap to live there? Do you speak Tagalg? E-mail me so we can keep on topic here. I'll save some snow for you. I live about 45 minutes from Richmond international.----Rob

Re: SNOW! - NOT FAIR!!! in reply to honda cowboy in VA, 02-28-2005 16:59:57
I"m stuck in the suburbs where I have to shovel by hand! I"d rather be out at my farm (on the other side of the valley"s eastern mountains) so I could "play in the snow" with my tractor. :-)
