Well today I drained the #46 hydraulic oil and added 90 WT in it"s place. Fired the old girl up and after it purged the old oil from the lift cylinder it lifted the blade just fine. nice and smooth. It does bleed down after a few minutes, not sure the cause of that. If I hadn"t honed the cylinder and replaced the piston and seals I would suspect them. I"m thinking maybe the control valve housing has to much clearance. Any thoughts?

Had a flat tire on our service truck beside the chain link fence of the insane asylem way back when I was working at the Ford tractor dealership.

I was out trying to get the lugs broken with one of those old Ford truck lug wrenches and a bar when a guy behind the fence started yelling over and over "8N36B 8N36B". I knew what an 8N36B was since I was the parts man at the dealership and I asked him what was he in there for???? He said he used to be a mechanic in a Ford tractor dealership! "8N36B" he kept muttering as he walked away!
