alright folks, i need a brilliant idea on getting these 4 snapped bolts out of the diffy housing. they were snapped off 1/4" deep long time ago.

i have the hitch waiting to be put on but it looks like it won't happen now.

and alternate idea is to use my multi-hole draw bar(not part of the kit).

i could use the drawbar between the lower links. then rig up with two "L" shaped flat bars. the flange parts can bolt to the draw bar and the top link can fit between the two flat bars while being pinned.
instead of making this does anyone have a source for purchasing something like this?

No brilliance involved at all, just some hard labor and good tools. If they were mine (I have done some like yours) start by cutting the bolts near flush with the housing, center punch them and using left hand drills start with a small size and work up to at least 3/8". If they are not out by now try a tap extractor. If it doesn't work some heat then the the extractor will.

oh, the holes with the snapped bolts are in the diffy housing for the swinging draw bar.

Award..... ...its called WELDING (upside down, grin)

While NOT EAZY, a good welder could weld some NUTS in the hollow centers. The HEAT from welding will usually "un-freeze" yer broken bolt parts and you can usually un-bolt with semi-eaze..... ...Dell

Nawww! Ordinary SAE 50 wt (also known as 100W) AEROSHELL aviation oil. It's for air cooled motors, and it's cheap. ($3qt) at all local airport refuelers.
