Any decent hydraulic supply house should be able to sell you replacement O-rings, if you have the exact sizes or take the old ones with you. In my experience, noone will sell you O-rings based on a description like "from a Wagner loader cylinder" , or at least not with any guarantee that they will fit. There's too many possible variables.

Same goes for replacement hoses.

Most farm supply stores (eg TSC, Quality, Farm & Country) will sell a range of ready-made hoses in the most popular lengths and sizes, as well as hydraulic O-rings in the most popular sizes. I would not have hoses custom-made to length in such a store - this is work for experts, not part-timers.

It's not normally practical to refinish hydraulic rams of this size and type. To do a good job, the ram needs to be reground and rechromed, by which time a new one is just cheaper. If the rams are rusted and pitted, you may be looking at new, complete cylinders as your cheapest alternative.

Many of the older loaders used packings instead of O-ring seals. If this one does, you've gotten lucky. Packing will compensate for an undersize ram. Anyone with a long bed lathe can buff out most of the rust and shallow pits. As llamas said, many hydraulics supply houses have these in stock, but you should take your old packing wad to be sure to get the correct set.

The pump drive shaft is available from Ford N-H or many after-market parts sellers.
