Clutch Advice Needed

I think the clutch on my 8N/9N seems to have gone out all at once. It had been working fine, as it was replced 3 yrs ago. I parked it as usual a week ago, and I went out to start it yesterday and I apparently have no contact between the clutch and flywheel. The PTO turns very slowly, or not at all, and I can shift between all the gears without depressing the clutch. Can anybody tell me what may have happen? Thanks in advance, Rob.

I don't mean this as an insult, but auxiliary Transmission like a Sherman in neutral would act like this.

Besides the obvious, like broken clutch springs or fingers, check to make sure that the clutch release lever is free and released all the way. In other words make sure the linkage is not stuck in some way or other. My 2 cents.
