Sperry NH Yellow

I have done some search on Internet and didn't find a match to decode
PPG to RAL (ral = a standard here in europe)
Is there any software to match or decode PPG to RAL?
Anyone have some ideas how to find out?

I have any doubts about the yellow color i got from the NH dealer.
CNH Clayson Yellow, looks like "Orange/Yellow" to me (a bit dark yellow)
Is this the right yellow color for my NH 65?
(or is this a mondaymorning failure from the CNH in the UK making the paint?)
