Need to repaint some pieces, what do I need to do?

Well I was not happy with the way the sheet metal parts turned out, I think I was to worried about getting runs that I put the clear coat on to dry. Tried to sand it down, ended up going through the base coat and some primer to metal in some spots.

Anyway, what is next, do I re primer everything? Do I still use the epoxy primer or something else. The hood, gas tank and grill are what I am going to redo.

randy, if the bare spots arent real big, you can go over those areas with your sandable primer, re-wet sand and then re-shoot and should be good to go. remember........never wet sand with a roofing shingle!!!!!
