Putting on Vinyl Decals

Going to put on my vinyl decals tomorrow. Can I float these on with Windex, just like the mylar ones? Or, do I need to put the vinyl ones on adifferent way?

no windex on the vinyl decals. put them on dry. area must be clean and dry. set the decal in place then use masking tape to keep it lined up. remove the backing and then check for final position. press decal into position firmly, then remove application paper slowly.
