JD 60 pulling tires

ihave started pulling my 60 in local pulls, 6000 to 8000 lbs. I always spin out it only has 13.9-38's what would be the best tire size to replace these with???? Ipull in stock classes and Ibelive the tractor has plenty of power thanks

Run it in first gear and go with the biggest tires your rules will allow, 18.4 x 38 is what i use. Your slow first gear, should not power out.

16.9x34 or 16.9x38 depends what gear you try two pull in.

My suggestion would be 14.9 X 38's if the tractor is stock, if you have a little more than stock horsepower then go with the 16.9 x 38's. I would recommend the wide angle bar Firestone's or Armstrong's which are now called Titan's at least 1/2 worn. These are the two brand tires that I use, with good success.
