i am looking at building a cake feeder for cows. i would like it to be gravity fed (no hydraulics), and am looking for it to be designed to fit on a flatbed truck. does anyone have any place to get plans for one, or any advice on building one. i think i can build one cheaper than buy one. thanks for advice

We've got one that uses a 12 volt motor to turn an auger to feed them, is that an option for you? Or strickly gravity fed? You might try to find a bin off on old combine, we have one on a trailer we used to use to go get feed for 4H calves that worked pretty well.
