Buy Clean Fuel-Keep It Clean

My little gasser tractor decides to pick up the habit of running out of fuel. And, it is always at the most inopertune times, like when I'm really in a hurry to get something done.

Have tinkered with it off and on for a month. Tank seemed clean, filter okay and sediment bowl not dirty.

Okay, the jasper made me mad this morning and I ripped that sediment bowl clear the heck off the tractor. Fuel tank was full to the brim of course.

Darned horseflies! Two of 'em stuck right in the standpipe! She runs now, but I really, really stink bad! :>)

Tell the parts man you want the hydrostatic transmission filter, not the dydraulic filter. He's not reading you right.

I don't think that John Deere oil is gonna hurt anything, do you? Just dyed a little green is all. :>)

That thing bothers me every time I look at it. Just the wrong darned place for a sediment bowl, seems to me.

And, I'm the guy that never shuts off the fuel either. :>(

Maybe the factory should warranty this tractor? I see no evidence of a screen door flap on the fuel tank filler neck.

If you develop some horrible disease, of course it will be related to you taking a bath in liquid gold, and not the years and years of absorbtion of all manner of solvents and fluids through your hands. Therefore, I think you have one heck of a case, so I would recommend you file suit.

I'll even recommend a good lawyer....name is Harley Everhard, and he'll take em to the cleaners.

OR....maybe you should get rid of the horses. Now that would really solve the problems.
No horses, no horseflies....or at least that's what you tell wifey.

I keep my yap shut about the "H" subject. Every time I bring it up, she goes and buys another "gotta have this horse" hay burner. :>(

Those darned things are expensive! Money I could be using to purchase other old tractors!

I'm thinkin' the woman needs to get her priorities in order. :>)
