Thanks Hugh, I've never had the opportunity to work on or use a Farmall fast hitch. Your information is very helpful. Maybe I should only put on a 300 Farmall fast hitch on my 300. I had hoped that the draft control had leverage designed into it so as to transfer more down ward force to the area ahead of the rear wheels if I ever needed it. I guess the same could be accomplished by feathering the lift up slightly on a fast hitch like when plowing. Thanks Ray in PA.
